No poverty
We have assisted 37 employee families in total who were impoverished due to exceptional circumstances. Help employee families stay away from poverty by providing interest-free loans, subsidizing children to complete their studies, providing medical assistance and vocational skills training. Targeted assistance to villages in two poverty-stricken areas, organized skills training, educational donations, and other forms to improve residents' work skills and education level.
Zero hunger
Donate free aid funds to the society，to help poor villages establish livestock development companies and agricultural products processing companies and help residents carry out agricultural industrialization transformation. United agricultural machinery industry customers donated 29 agrarian types of machinery. Significantly improved agricultural production efficiency and productivity.
Good health and well being
Chamol strictly abides by the "Meal Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2016)" and the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," provides employees with healthy and safe food, purchases comprehensive medical insurance for all employees, and organizes employees to conduct free complete physical examinations twice a year. Invest in the construction of fitness venues and equipment, and manage a variety of fitness and cultural and sports activities.
Quality education
As of September 2021, we have funded a total of 215 impoverished college students and participated in fundraising to establish two primary schools in disadvantaged areas. We will do our best to allow people in underprivileged areas to have fair education opportunities; we have a complete training mechanism for recruits. In addition, it encourages and dispatches on-the-job employees to further their academic studies.
Gender equality
