Chamol epidemic prevention measures for COVID-19

1. Correctly wear disposable medical masks on the way to work. Try not to take public transportation. Suggest walking, cycle or driving to work. If you must take public transit, you must wear a mask all the way. Avoid touching items on the car with your hands.

2. Consciously accept body temperature testing before entering the company. If the body temperature is average, you can work in the company and wash your hands in the bathroom. If your body temperature exceeds 37.2℃, please do not enter the company, go home to observe and rest, and go to the hospital if necessary.

3. Keep the environment of the company and workshop clean, ventilate three times a day, 20-30 minutes each time, and keep warm when circulating. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people, and wear masks when working with multiple people. Keep washing hands frequently and drink plenty of water. Both sides of the reception staff wear masks.

4. To participate in the meeting, you need to wear a mask, wash your hands, and disinfect before entering the meeting room. The meeting personnel separate by more than 1 meter. Reduce the frequency of centralized meetings and control the meeting time. If the meeting time exceeds 90 minutes, you need to open the window for ventilation once. After the appointment, the venue and furniture must be disinfected. Tea utensils need to be soaked in boiling water for disinfection.

5. Meals in the cafeteria are divided into meals to avoid crowded people. The restaurant should be disinfected once a day, and the dining table and chairs should be disinfected after use. Tableware must be sterilized by high temperature. The operation room should be kept clean and dry. It is strictly forbidden to mix raw food and cooked food products and avoid raw meat.

6. Wear disposable medical masks on the way off work, wash your hands and disinfect them first after removing the cover when you return home. Use disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol to wipe the phone and keys. The room should be ventilated and hygienic to avoid gatherings of many people. 

7. Wear a mask when going out to avoid crowds. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter from contact with people, and avoid staying in public places for a long time. 

8. Appropriate activities are recommended during work breaks to ensure good physical condition. 

9. For public areas, the halls, corridors, meeting rooms, elevators, stairs, toilets, and other general parts must be disinfected daily, and spray disinfection must be used. The cleaning utensils used in each area should be separated to avoid mixing. 

10. For official cars, wipe the interior and door handles with 75% alcohol once a day. You must wear a mask when taking the shuttle bus. After the shuttle bus is used, wipe and disinfect the interior and door handles with 75% alcohol. 

11. Purchasing personnel or supply personnel in the logistics canteen must wear masks and disposable rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with meat and food raw materials, and wash hands and disinfect them in time after taking off the gloves. Cleaners must wear disposable rubber gloves when working and wash their hands for disinfection after work. Security personnel must wear masks to work and earnestly inquire and register the status of outsiders, take timely measures when abnormalities are found, and report to the epidemic control team. 

12. For visitors, they need to take a temperature check before entering the company and introduce whether they have a fever, cough, or breathing difficulties. In the absence of the above, and the body temperature is 37.2° under normal conditions, they can enter the company area. 

13. Wash your hands before and after passing paper documents, and wear a mask when passing documents.  14. Landline phones are wiped with 75% alcohol twice a day. If you use them frequently, you can increase the number of disinfections.
